2026 Board Minutes Edit page

Board Meetings are held bi-monthly (February is the required Annual Meeting, April, June, August, October, December). Minutes are published when the minutes are approved in the following meeting. For example, Board Meeting Minutes for April will be approved during the June meeting and published after the June meeting. The meeting minutes for the Annual Meeting in February are approved at the next annual meeting the following year in February and then posted. The Board makes every effort to follow this schedule, however, in some cases the Board Meeting Minutes may have to be published at a later date.
